Masaaki Hayashi

Hayashi Masaaki, who worked for a manufacturer-affiliated systems company for many years, experienced his father being diagnosed with cancer and given a prognosis of only one year to live. Yet, he and his wife lived healthily together for over eight years, almost as if they had forgotten about the illness.
This experience deepened his interest in the relationship between diet and health. After retiring, he founded the NPO "Primary Industry Support Group" dedicated to improving water, soil, and the human internal environment. Later, at the Designer Foods Association and the Medical Rice Association, he continued research and practical work on sustainable agriculture and food.
In May 2018, he established Mame domo LLC to provide technical services, and in April 2025, restructured it into Healthy&Beauty Foods LLC.
As the company's representative, he continues to work towards extending healthy longevity and realizing a circular society.
